Siem Reap

Siem Reap has traditionally been known as the Temple Town of Cambodia, the gateway to the country’s most prominent feature, Angkor Wat. Whilst this is true, Siem Reap has much more to offer the engaging traveller than a day at the temples. Siem Reap is a city on the verge of becoming spectacular. Even though unprecedented numbers filter through the city on an annual basis purely to see the nearby temples, more and more people are beginning to stay for a while to experience the rest of the town before moving on.

Siem Reap is a hub in Cambodia for art, food, music and culture. For those willing to stay on for an extra few days to experience it, Siem Reap will not disappoint. From the lively backpacker haunts like Pub Street, to the more upscale locations on the rivers edge, there is plenty to see and do in Siem Reap for people of all ages. This is a city on the move with incredible potential for growth and one to see before it is too late!
